STUDENT TARDIES

The following policy will be in effect for the 2011-1012 school year:

Preschool:

Tardy policy does not apply for K3 or K4 but does apply to K5.

Elementary:

1.  Students are expected to be in the classroom prior to the ringing of the 8:05 tardy bell.
2. After three unexcused tardies, a letter will be sent home requiring a parent signature.
3. After the fifth unexcused tardy, a meeting will be scheduled with the parent.
4. The sixth unexcused tardy will result in afternoon detention.  (Per semester)

MIDDLE SCHOOL TARDY POLICY:

Students are expected to be in the classroom prior to the ringing of the 8:05 tardy bell.

A tardy in any class 2^nd through 7^th period will result in (1) infraction.  Two 1^st period tardies will result in (1) infraction.

(3) infractions equal one afternoon detention with Mrs. Robinson from 3:15 p.m to 4:15 p.m.

FAILURE TO ATTEND THE ASSIGNED DETENTION ON THE DESIGNATED DAY WILL RESULT IN A ONE DAY SUSPENSION FROM SCHOOL. (Only a signed doctor’s excuse or a death in the family will postpone your detention.)
